Contact SA Canine Assoc (in phone book) they can give you contact details for the Labrador Club and also litters that have been bred recently.
There is also Dogs on line (dogzonline) that has breeders listed..

Duh,.. forgot I had it.... the Labrador club contact is 0402 41 3125
