Some testimonials from my case study clients:

Jenny Austin has been trimming my horse, Rosie as a case study since April 2011. Rosie had been diagnosed with ringbone and as such had been unrideable for the past 2 years. With Jenny’s care, Rosie is now able to be used as a trail riding horse.
Over the year we have had minor hoof issues particularly thrush and Jenny has been extremely thorough in her explanation and back up care for this ailment, offering several treatments and encouragement.
Jenny is very reliable and always contacts me to confirm appointments, always arriving when she says she will.
I have been very happy with Jenny’s services and will continue to use her for both Rosie and all my horses in the future.

To Whom it May Concern
I have been very pleased to have Jenny Austin involved in trimming my horse Maddy over the last few months. Maddy has a problem with flat feet and has had 5 hoof abscesses since I have owned her and has not been rideable much of the time.. During the time Jenny has been involved Maddys feet have improved and she is currently sound if I ride her with front hoof boots. Maddy is a difficult horse to trim as she has sometimes been sore and she jerks her hoofs away. Jen has been patient yet firm and Maddys behaviour at trimming time is also improving.

In summary Jenny has been just great and I really look forward to her visits and talking with her about Maddys progress . I would be pleased to recommend Jenny to anyone as a true dedicated professional in the natural hoof care field.

I was lucky enough to have my sister ask me if I had a horse suitable for Jenny to use in her case study. I'm not sure if Jenny would now see it as lucky.
My standardbred 'Rocky' had been pretty much retired and left with shoes on for way too long but Jenny was enthusiastic and happy to take his case on. Jenny was great from the start, explaining what and why she was doing something and how it would help Rockys hooves. Over the time of the case study his hooves have gradually improved. Jenny has taught us about feeding and diet and the importance of healthy hooves (have learnt alot about thrush and how to treat it).
Rocky's soundness has now enabled him to return to ponyclub and enjoy a new lease on life.
I now have a greater understanding of the benefits of barefoot trimming and are looking forward to the same great results with my other two horses that Jenny is now treating.

Happy to vouch for Jenny as well, trims all 3 of mine very patient and does a wonderful job, no quick half done job just because they are only a broody with Jenny she gives each horse as much time as needed
