I have been asked to circulate information on some of these horses. There a a few more, but they are sorting through the paperwork.

JOHEAN ARABIANS

Owing to the owner’s increasing age (77 years ) we have to reduce the numbers of horses. The horses have excellent temperaments, good conformation, and Crabbet percentage over 80% and are in the 14hh to 15hh size. Many are show winners. Looking for good experienced homes as soon as possible where their old bloodlines will be appreciate. Photos do not do justice to these beautiful animals,

I know of these horses, and they are beautiful animals with classic bloodlines and temperaments the envy of many. If you can find a home for one or more of them you will be getting an absolute bargain.

Do give them serious thought if you want to uphold the honour of the Arabian breed.

Went and saw a couple of these horses tonight.... Keep in mind that I am NOT an Arabian person ..... I like my horses faces 'dished' the other way Razz

Stupidly I did not get up to the stable where Jazir was.... Sad Kicking myself over that....

Joshua is such a show off!! Pics to come shortly

Jesaoud is a doll! He is a lovely natured boy, put a bit of a bounce in when first went out on the lunge - nothing 'dirty' - just bounce from lack of work and having been stabled and well fed...lol...

Kay got on and had a ride (the lady where the stallions are), and then I unsaddled him and poked his back etc, picked up legs and whatnot, then my friend Amanda who was looking at him hopped on and had a walk around bareback Smile Lovely nature, light in the mouth, responsive, and Mand said he was really comfy to ride and she felt safe on him!

Kay and Mand and I were discussing Jesaoud, he is lovely, but I personally think he would make a better great gelding. If anyone is interested in why I think this - I would be happy to elaborate. He really is a total sweetheart - lovely to handle and looked like a lovely comfy ride. Kay had broken him in herself and knows most of his history. I was quite taken with him to be honest.

Lots of pics of him to come Smile

MIGHT have a couple of pics of the 5 yr old stallion too.... He was in the front paddock as we drove in and my immediate comment to Amanda and John and Cordi in the car was 'OHHH I like him!'.....

Will post what I have when I have them sorted.....

I'm pleased to hear that Jasoud made such an impression. He always has impressed me from the outset. I think he's great gelding material too but only because Joshua and Jazir are so outstanding.

Jazir's temperament is outstanding, Joshua's lines are stunning.

Good luck Shell, you'lldo yourself well with any of the Johean horses.

Thanks :-)

Tis not for me but for a dear friend. Jesaoud is lovely and I was quite taken with his temperament and overall attitude to everything.
