Wanting to purchase a horse property in the Adelaide Hills & surrounding areas. Would prefer in the One Tree Hill, Gawler, Kersbrook, Paracombe and Houghton areas (will also look at houses located close by).

The house will need to be able to accommodate a family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage girls), 1 dog and (at the moment) 2 horses.

The basic horse facilities are fine, (stables, yards, paddocks, arena etc) and a large shed is a must (for Dad's toys!) - Good fencing is a must as Dad wants to get some cows and sheep!

The property next to me is up for sale. Has stables, round yard, BIG shed for Dad's toys restored cottage (it's beautiful) on 50-60 acres so room for cows and sheep, fences are good. It's at Korunye, between Two Wells and Mallalla.
