Having a great 24 hours - my car's starter motor crapped itself - but in the scheme of things if i can get it to the repair man - that will be okay

BUT - my washing machine has sprung a leak - and it flooding the floor of the laundry where the cat lives at night - and he is not impressed with Lake Kitty Ka Ka everytime I start the machine.

Does any know - or can they recommend a washine machine repair person??? I live in Modbury and whilst I can look up in the yellow pages - who knows who any of these people are
and I have a full set of horse cottons/jodz/show shirt to wash- and (sigh) just don't feel like doing it by hand
