Saltbush Lodge in Port Augusta is for sale

a few years ago I seperated from my partner and we split the property up, I got 3.6 acres with a 3 bedroom house on it, and he got 10 acres behind me. We have both since left town and are now just looking to sell it to get rid of the mortgage ( still in joint names )

The whole lot is for sale ( 3/4 bedroom house on 15 acres ) for $520,000 ono. The house block is on the market currently for $275,000 but after extensive renos it will now be on the market for $295,000 as of around the 15th of september, any offers before this date will be considered at the lower market value. This is just to cover the mortage and what I have spent on it recently. THere is no stone unturned. The whole place has been re gyprocked inside, painted, sanded and polished. New flooring you name it. Walk in and drop your bags. Nothing to do.

The outside has five sheds and a granny flat, three stables, a tack shed and three day yards, a round yard and a large work out area. There is also a large concrete pool which at a cost of $3000 and a bit of tile removal and rubber painting will be up and running. Pool fence up in the last 6 months and has been certificated after building inspection. Next to the pool is two bathrooms with independant hot water systems and a toilet so pool party guests wont walk water over your beautiful new flooring.

Craig would have no problem with the back ten acres being used as a paddock until they sell.

the two five acre blocks at the back are for sale at $125,000 each. A bloody steal !!! You pay that for 1 acre blocks in whyalla, and even 2 acre blocks in port augusta.

The yards need a good weed and slash, this will be happening in the next few weeks.

Newly clad, this house has cost me more than I am selling it for, but I need to cut my losses and find a new place here in whyalla so I can have some normality again and get my horses in here.
