Melody is a 7 year old, A2 registered QH mare who is extremely regretfully offered for sale due to owner’s medical bills and no fault of her own. She is a genuine child’s horse who has worked in a riding school for the past year and before that was a pony clubber. She is great in the arena, over jumps, lunges with a rider, goes on trails and never bats an eye, even at kangaroos. She stands at 14.1 and a half (unofficially measured) so once officially measured could participate in pony dressage. Goes in a bitless bridle or a snaffle and has a great mouth. Mel was shown twice last season for a champion and two reserves, all with nervous kids 12 and under on her. Complete beginners can ride her under supervision and she will willingly carry an adult and do everything you want her to. Heartbreaking sale of an incredibly honest horse with looks to match. Whether you want to have fun on trail or be noticed at shows, this is the horse for you. Approved home only.
Payment plan may be offered to the right home, and I would love a honest agreement from the new owners that if she's even unwanted/kids outgrow her/whatever she would be offered to us first. Buying a new horse knowing you'll be able to sell it easily if things ever change - it's a win-win.

Ah more things that I forgot! Is not reg with dilutes and I would say there's a fair chance she isn't eligible due to a high percentage of dark hairs in her tail.

Due to an OVERWHELMING response (more than 10 phone calls and 7 emails in 2 hours) we are not taking new enquiries for Mel at this time. OK, I did withdraw this girl from sale and got rid of all the names and numbers I had, thinking there was no way I could sell her. Unfortunately I have recently been told that if I do not get my foot reconstructed ASAP I will be unable to walk within 5 years due to degeneration of the bones.
