| What are you wanting to do with it? My grey boy needs a home as he's not going to be a dressage horse for me due to a hock problem - will PM details if interested - and I can't afford 2 retirees plus trying to pay off my weanling. He is incredibly quiet, 16.1hh built like a tank, a gentle giant, grey 9 year old tb gelding. Has never bucked, bolted, reared etc. Self loads on the float and stands so quietly that you forget he's there. Super easy to catch, shoe, worm, tack up etc. Due to his hock, he is unsuitable for jumping or any fast paced work, but if you're looking for a best mate to have some nice quiet rides on, he's your man. |

| initially i am wanting to go to arc, with a few encourage shows. I enjoy jumping and would like to work on that eventually, so i think maybe i would ask too much of him. He sounds lovely i'm sure you will have no problems finding someone for him. |

| Hi SMF- how much are you looking to spend?
I have a gorgeous 3yo QH gelding here, Approx 15hh
He is very quiet, super sweet etc. Needs a few more kms to be a complete beginners horse but would suit a confident novice. Supremely well bred.
Can really move and would be a great allrounder.
I am asking $4500 to a good home. |

| Found the pic Happy Appy, he is gorgous, then... i saw age. I dont think i would be right for your boy, having never educated a young horse and would hate to undo any of the good work you have put in. Best of luck finding him the perfect home and thanks for your reply |

| No worries SMF. I think a few people are put off because of his age no matter how quiet he is! I would rather trail ride him than my been everywhere done everything 6yo appy gelding, because he is a super confident, laid back guy he rarely ever spooks at anything!
Offer is open for you to meet him if you like though, I dont think you would have been disappointed. He would be great for a confident novice to bring along, especially if they had confident friends to ride with.
Surely somebody out there wants a chunky little bloke for who nothing is ever a problem? |
