PostSubject: 14hh Mare for lease   Sat May 07, 2011 12:04 pm

19 year old Arab cross Mare. between 13.3hh and 14hh. I bought Rani to get me back in the saddle after a baby break. Rani has a soft mouth, however is forward moving and responsive to leg. WILL NOT sell this mare as I want to ensure that to retire she has a relaxing lush green paddock.long lease avaliable until her retirement neccessary though. Rani can jig jog home on trail rides and does shy(she doesnt jump out of skin just stops and looks)however this is only when not ridden regularly or after a break. Only for lease as have moved from our property into town. Rani is not for beginners, however for intermediate(walk trott and beginning to canter riders) she will give you years of riding yet. Not suitable for the occassional ride unless you are not fased by jig jogging, can do bareback with regular exercise and bond with rider. I would like to see rani with a confident small adult or teenager happy to trail ride and do games and occassional PC and learn from an old regal lady that has heaps of love and experience to share with the right rider.
Contract WILL be signed and if leaving Whyalla references and regular inspections by representative of my choice is non negotiable. Transport costs to and from lease the responcibility of the leasor. I dont want to scare anybody off that will feed, worm and look after Rani, just the people that we all know exist that think feeding a horse is an option. Smile

Thanks, she is a lovely girl. Im going to do some work with her here before she goes anywhere and will post a thread and photos and videos to show any potential lease's how she behaves for me, and others.

Avaliable again. She has had a noice break out paddock and Im ready to either sell her or lease her out. Very strict lease conditions will be signed and dont bother showing interest if you are not confident. She does not tolerate stables and needs a paddock area daily or a large yard and daily exercise. If she was a long term lease ( at least 12 months ) I would be willing to sell her for a minimal cost. I have never had a problem with her at all, but have had her out on lease once where it almost did my head in so please only honest sensible people apply. would make a lovely broodmare or sensible riding horse with regular exercise.
