Just posting here to vouch for Fern's trimming skills. She came out to trim my boy Hugo this morning, who's feet were an absolute wreck after leasing him out and then my farrier being out of action, no one would come to trim/shoe him. He'd lost both front shoes and the nails were still deep in one of his fronts.
She did a brilliant job, dealt with Hugo's bad hock very well, allowing him to have breaks when he got sore, managed to get all of the nails out (one hell of a job) and tidied up his poor feet very well.
