| Please note this land has NOT been officially subdivided yet. Seeking expressions of interest. Description: 10 acres (approx, awaiting offical survey) of sloping grazing land Divided into 3 paddocks, which currently have grass in them taller than me. 2 road frontages (dirt road) Access to Kidman trail, which borders the larger property this parcel is being subdivided from. Miles and miles of trail riding from here. Council approval for 2 horses, however if you have more, the adjoining 70 acre property can be used for cheap agistment, or free in return for occasional caretaking of our horses. ETSA power to boundary Can include two 5,000L water tanks in the sale Owners of larger property are happy to allow access to our arena and round yard at mutually convenient times. This property does NOT have the big, rocky reefs like our neighbours. We do have some rocks, but not acres of them! Will be reasonably priced, we don't believe in greed as you reap what you sow! Will have more photos by the end of the week. This pic is of the arena which is not on the property that is for sale, but can be used by the buyer.

| Bugger off foxy. I can do chocolate too and I make a wicked peppermint cheesecake. And don't forget the other offer (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) that will work the chocolate off. Just give me time to break it to my OH what his role in this transaction is. |

| Ok, the subdivision is going to be extremely delayed. Is anyone surprised, we are dealing with a local council here! It is now available for lease. You get exclusive use of the 8.75 acres (which is divided into 3 paddocks), use of the arena and round yard, and may keep a maximum of 5 horses on the land. $180 per week. If anyone is looking for agistment and wants to get together with friends, this may be a good opportunity for you It will have the boundary fencing replaced before being leased out. Or, if you are feeling handy and want to do that for us (all materials supplied) you can have 6 weeks for free. |
