2 or light 3 horse angle load wanted, will also consider 2 horse straight loads with LARGE bays (i.e. extended length, extra width, extended height) as we will have big horses (Clydie x's, Warmbloods etc)

Must have electric breaks, tack box or storage space and be fully enclosed. Would be a bonus if it has upgraded suspension and breakaway system. We want something that will need little/no work or repairs. Looking to spend up to about $13000. Prefer SA but willing to go to Vic, possibly other states depending on the float.

email info/pics to grant.joanna@ymail.com or contact Jan Simmons 0416 016 287

Thanks!!

Forgot to add - we dont really want a living area/kitchenette, but will still consider floats with these extra's.

Hi Eventer,
I have a float I will be selling. Have not advertised yet. Its a July 2008 build Stallion Hi Liner 2 horse straight load. Has rear lift gas door, 2 doors into horses & tack box. See Stallion web site for all the specs. I have warmbloods & a Clydie both fit no problem. Looking at $12,000. Great float but we need 3 bays. Will send you photos on week end if your keen.

not sure if you got my email, or are interested, but i have a friend who has just started a business building floats. His main aim is to make them safe for the horses, and im sure if you were to talk to him he would explain how (like for example he has designed them so that if the horse were to get in trouble you can literally take out all the pieces inside the float.. or something like that) as well as they are using better suspension, better materials, etc and he is a qualified boiler maker... and to get a double extended horse float with tack box, etc you would only be looking to be paying like... $9000 approx.

Hi Lisa, would be very interested in some pics please Smile grant.joanna@ymail.com

PP - i think we may go have a look, its a bit expensive considering we could go interstate and get an angle load horseman for the same price or cheaper, but as i said, we might go have a look anyway Smile
