SA YR state Dressage Squad rider looking for competition horse for the year!
I have been selected for the YR state dressage squad for 2010 and unfortunately do not have a current competition horse to ride. I've been wanting to get on the squad for many years and have finally got there, and now have the problem of no horse.

I am looking for a lovely owner who would be willing to lease their horse for the year to allow me to ride and compete on the squad. It would look good on your horses 'resume' as well as having access to different coaches from interstate/overseas.
Horse must be between 15.2 and 16.2hh (possibly 16.3hh), EFA registered, if under 10 MUST have competed prelim/novice successfully and be ready to go, or almost ready to go, at elementary. Older horses prefer having gone up to medium.
Quiet out at comps and with other horses, something not too complicated to ride and get on with.

I would prefer to lease, or come to some kind of similar agreement, as being a uni student, I cannot afford to be paying big dollars for a suitable horse. However if I lease for some time, and like the horse, I'm sure we could come up with some kind of purchase arrangement if so desired.

Preferably something located reasonably close to Adelaide/in the Adelaide Hills area.
