| How about offering him back to people who gave him to you? They might have more luck rehoming. |

| Well he come from us and if worst came to worst we would take him back, so don't feel like your left stuck.. sooner than that see him sold on to a tool. God knows, there are plenty of them out there at the moment.
If you like Terra, write me an advert with what you've done with him etc, email me a decent pic and I'll stick him on the SPPHASA website.. (I've since moved all the horses for sale to that site since I do both, leaving only the horses trained by myself on my site to avoid confusion).
Most horses on my site sell pretty much straight away anyhow and I've since advised members of the Horses For Sale/Sale Yard page change and since I know of loads of people who are looking to buy standardbreds (still getting several emails a day of people looking for horses) don't feel it necessary to bring him back here just yet unless you are in a hurry.
Let me know and I can go from there.
Anyone else wanting to sell a standardbred, let me know and I will do the same.
Pepperhayden, thankyou for your email too, I have since found the Standardbred which I was after but would be happy to pop your boy on the site too. Didn't want to just do it without your permission first, was going to drop you an email anyhow, but since we are on the subject anyhow.. lol |

| Just because someone signs a lease agreement doesn't garantee the safety of your horses guys.
Mistakes happen, People are dishonest, people run out of money etc. I am not saying that everyone is a bad guy but you have to be careful.
DC off her soap box now! |

| Yes I have had some bad experiences with being the leasee. Mum and I made the decision that we would never lease out one of ours. It's just too big a risk to take. I'm even funny about who works with them! Mostly because Guy can be a liability at the best of times. |

| I wouldn't lease as such either ( from our property I thought about it). I just thought if she's was thinking about giving him away rather than do that and have him go to a bad home or someone dog him if she does a permanent lease then they can't (or shouldn't anyway) dog him. Also means if he's not in a suitable home she can then place him in a different one. the other thing is if the home is ideal then she can make it permanent. |

| Hey all sorry I haven't replied sooner have been in Victoria for a week, just got back a few minutes ago and am now packing to go to Queensland ARGH. (Shouldn't complain really). Bandicoot I'll send you the details once I get back from QLD, no point me advertising whilst I'm interstate! Failing that, if you do have the room and are able, I'm happy for you to take him back.
I don't want to do a permanent lease because if something does happen, I'm again stuck in the same situation- having 2 horses and needing to rehome one of them! Thanks for the suggestion though guys. |
