Smile thanks for your all lovely comments.

Yes, Onion his book has been closed. He is still very much alive (unlike some reports I've heard) and is happy, healthy and looking awesome. He will only be covering our mares in the future.

Hilly, if bred to a palomino mare, the colour possibilities would be : 25% perlino, 25% buckskin, 25% cremello & 25% palomino, also with a 50% chance of dun factoring and or greying out.

So far he has had a high percentage of foals testing positive for grey (they all seem to be holding their colour too and not turning white quickly), but I love that cause I love my greys as much as dilutes and if I was going to breed to a grey stud hoping for grey I'd love the fact that the foal would start out as a dilute and not a chestnut or bay as most other grey sires get will produce Smile
