| Shell what are the chances of getting his blue eyes if he had a baby to a bay? |

| To a bay he will produce a single dilute. Most likely a bucky, but palli is possible if the mare has a hidden chestnut gene. His blue eyes are not like the blue eye of a pinto where it is really a "white marking" across the eye, but a very diluted eye colour.
So Rocs single dilute offspring will have single dilute type eyes... "gold" rather than the normal dark eyes of a bay. _________________ |

| LOL shell so is there a chance the baby could just get 'normal' eyes? |

| They will always get a dilute gene so the eye will always display the dilute characteristic. How light the eyes are is a crap shoot really.. Buck has a mid brown sort of eye and I've seen pallys with almost "beige" eyes... common factor is they are all lighter than the normal dark eyes without dilute. _________________ |
