| The Port Augusta Pony Club is holding a Competition Weekend on the 27th and 28th of June.Hopefully some of you will be able to come along for a fun filled weekend! Here is the full program and entry form, and feel free to contact me at any time (PM, Phone: 8641 0146 or Email: crazychickmia@bigpond.com) with any questions - or just post them here! We know it's a long haul (believe us, we know!) so hoping to entice a few more people along, we are holding an action packed weekend with three separate competitions to make the trip worth your while! Starting on Saturday with an unofficial dressage competition comprising four classes:* Walk/Trot * Preliminary * Novice * Elementary (If we get a lot of interest in this we are definitely considering holding official dressage competitions in the future!)Followed Saturday evening with an unofficial showjumping under lights! Classes are:* 45cm Optimum Time * 60cm Optimum Time * 75cm Optimum Time * 90cm Optimum Time * 45cm-60cm Top Score * 75cm-90cm Top Score We're also holding an infamous PAPC dinner on the Saturday night and I promise there'll be chocolate mousse Over the duration of the weekend there will be a Grades 4 & 5 Horse Trials with both Adult and Pony Club classes.

| YES we do They book up very quickly however and it's a case of first in with entry and payment, best dressed. We have 21 undercover stalls available for hire at $10 per horse for the weekend. |

| WOOHOO how exciting Although we generally go by first in best dressed - would definitely allocate stalls to those traveling the furthest! Already had a couple of people contact for programs so crossing my fingers that it will be an awesome weekend Oh and the PAPC dinners are *really* nice. I haven't been to any horse show yet that puts so much effort in - we are lucky enough to have the best canteen manager ever haha |

| Yeah we came to the event at PAPC in 2007 I think it was???? My hack SB Intrepid Dream won the Adult 4 class!!! so was worth the drive!! Umm yes the food was fantastic there - I loved the soup that was homemade and believe I must have consumed several litres!! The dinner was great too and we enjoyed being rugged up watching the show jumping in the evening - gave us something to watch (without TV and internet) LOL We will be getting our entries organised soon and be there with bells on!!! Melenee was really nice and we felt very welcomed despite only having met you all on the friday afternoon. Thats what I like about rural pony clubs - real people.... not like at some events where people are snobby See you there!!! |

Anyone got any Valium. Oh hang on Rum will help. *mental note to self - pack Bundy and lots of it* |

| Hi everyone, sorry to say but there was a typo on the entry form that said dinner was $12 when it is actually $15 (which is what is on the program). I have re-uploaded the entry form so that it is now correct. Sorry to anyone who was confused by this. |

| Depending on the number of entries we are likely not to allocate any stalls to people from Port Augusta, if there are people from further afield who need them. Simply because they have travelled the furthest. I am trying to work out in my head how I am going to get Dom and Spud through the dressage - because I don't think I'd even want them on the same grounds at the same time because Spud is such a sissy and would be carrying on while I was riding Dom if he was left in a stall (where as so long as he had food Dom wouldn't give a rats about Spud lol). |

| Don't worry SL, you will show them how it is done this year, least she will know this year that ripping the arena isn't part of the test. |
